1. We ship our orders through third-party logistics providers. We do not charge additionally for the cost of the logistics provider. There is only a flat delivery rate that is charged.
  2. The transit time within India post the dispatch of orders is 3-5 days.
  3. Delivery dates and timings are estimated and are not guaranteed. Due to several reasons beyond our control, deliveries may sometimes be delayed. We request our customers to keep patience in such circumstances.
  4. Kindly ensure that you mention the correct and complete delivery address. In case the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery might get delayed.
  5. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes and require an authorised signatory to collect the orders upon delivery.
  6. The logistics provider usually shares tracking status with the customers. In case, there is no one to collect the order, the delivery person will re-attempt delivery the next day. Kindly guide the delivery person when they contact you with the delivery date and timing.
  7. If you are traveling and unavailable to collect the delivery, please contact the logistics company regarding this. The customer is solely responsible for their order in such a case. If the courier company charges extra in case of delayed delivery because of a customer’s inability to collect the order, the customer is responsible for bearing the extra charges.
  8. Once the order is delivered to the customer, the logistics provider and Sruti Dalmia are no longer responsible for any damages or losses to the product.
  9. For International orders, the logistics company will contact you for the payment of the applicable taxes and duties in your home country. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the taxes are paid within the stipulated time and products are cleared for delivery.
