We meticulously create and craft each garment with love. We prefer exchanges over returns, and are happy to provide you with a different size. The customer is requested to read the size guide before placing an order to ensure the right fit.

Disclaimer : All our products are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items. Every piece is a creation of artisans, and based on craft styles that are unique to the fabric and style. There may be natural blemishes/ variations that are not product flaws. In particular, handloom fabrics have their own uniqueness - The flaws, imperfections, or so called ‘defects’- maybe an uneven yarn, a knot, an unfinished stitch. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions that make your Sruti Dalmia product buys special and truly one of a kind.

For Exchanges:

  1. The customer needs to notify of the exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  2.  Kindly note that items on sale cannot be exchanged.

  3. Please fill out the exchange form that has been included within your shipment with the reason as to why you want to exchange the garment and email it to sales@srutidalmia.com 
  4. Our customer service team will get back to you at the earliest with the address for return.
  5. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipment of all products that need to be exchanged. The customer will be provided a convenient address for return after they have filled and emailed the exchange form.
  6. We will ship the new garment within 15 business days (if it is a ready-to-ship delivery), after we have received the original product.
  7. We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the garments received for return are damaged, used, worn, and without their original tags.
  8. If an item is customized , it’s non exchangeable .

For Returns:

  1. The customer needs to notify of the return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Kindly note that items on sale cannot be returned.

  3. Please fill out the return form that has been included with your shipment and email it to the address mentioned in the form.

  4. The customer will be refunded t cost of the product after 3 weeks of the return request. We will deduct USD 35, which is the cost of shipment from the amount. The amount shall be refunded in the bank account specified by the customer in the return form. Please re-check the bank details in the form, in order to avoid any confusion.

  5. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipment of all returns. The customer will be provided a convenient address for return after they have filled and emailed the return form.

  6. We reserve the right to reject returns if the garments received for return are damaged, used, worn, and without their original tags.

  7. If an item is customized , it’s  non returnable .
